Coach Mike Durner

As a coach, I am constantly learning and refining my practice, making time for deliberate practice of coaching. I don’t focus on any one sport, I focus on performance and developing training to help athletes reach their full capacity.
In order to do this, the most important piece of equipment is the relationship between myself and the athlete. No amount of certifications or race experience can replace this.
Lastly, also start with the basics; eat, drink, sleep, and breathe properly.
